    How exciting is this!

How exciting is this! My very first blog on my very first website! I really would to thank and welcome you all. I am not yet sure what the shape of the blog is going to be so please bear with me. What I do know is that these blogs are going to be, to some extent, a reflection of what I am thinking and feeling at the time. At times, they may be personal and at others, reflect general observations. They may range in topic from moon cycles to the challenges that face a person when he/she is trying to walk along the spiritual path to reflections on spiritual works and of course Tarot. There may even be some ranting in there as well. I also do know too that it is going to be a space/platform of non-judgment and respect. My views are just that, my own. And while it would be ideal if everyone shared my exact beliefs, I have come to realize that this is unnecessary. Everyone views the world through the filter of his or her perceptions. And these perceptions are shaped by our individual beliefs. I believe the world would be a much kinder and loving place if people were to take a step back and maybe consider viewing life through an alternative lens. Hopefully, that way, we can see that we are much more similar than we are different.

I am not hoping to achieve world peace through blogging. I am simply trying to create a space where I can share my thoughts and feelings and hopefully have these resonate with someone else. Someone who is just a regular gal or guy like myself….who wants to learn and grow and connect with other like minded individuals. In that same vein, I think it’s important to bear in mind that spiritual work can be uncomfortable. Yes, affirmations and mantras are important and they do have their place. Oftentimes though, it is important to get into the nitty-gritty of things in order to free ourselves from unhealthy habits and destructive thought patterns. It can be challenging but it is a challenge worth facing. We’re in this together. You are not alone. So…take my hand and let’s hold our chins high and act like we know what we’re doing in this play called life. And if we stumble, we shall simply make it part of the dance.

By the way, with the end of year quickly approaching, I am sure some of you may be interested in year end/2018 readings. Please make sure you subscribe to my mailing list so you can be the first to know when slots are open for such readings. Thanks and blessings to you all.
